At Upercoll's Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Upercoll's Shop account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
